Both ovens are far less hot than wood-fired ovens and usually cook pizza anywhere from 400 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Perhaps one of the strongest benefits of these ovens is that they are both easy to use, though convection ovens are known to cook pizza more evenly due to the fan that is inside of them.
